Eelektross normally has no type weaknesses thanks to its Ability, Levitate. The same is true of its earlier evolutions, making the answer Tynamo → Eelektrik → Eelektross. This applies to their ordinary, pure Electric-type forms while their typing is unchanged and Levitate is active and not bypassed.

How does Levitate cover their weakness?
Under ordinary type matchups, a pure Electric type has just one weakness: Ground-type moves deal double damage. Levitate makes the Pokémon immune to Ground-type moves instead.
For a Ground-type move against an ordinary, pure Electric-type member of this family:

Does that make them invincible?

Levitate can also be bypassed. An attacker with Mold Breaker ignores Levitate, so its Ground-type moves can hit and deal double damage while the target remains a pure Electric type.
